There’s nothing better than getting together with family for some bonding time, reminiscing and simply enjoying each other’s company. What makes a family reunion perfect, though, is an amazing location – and for Eric R. and his family, that location was Maria’s.

What is Maria’s? It’s one of Rincon, Puerto Rico’s premier waterfront vacation rentals, located on the beautiful Maria’s Beach. The luxury eight-bedroom villa is a perfect family reunion destination because it offers spacious accommodations, sleeping for 16, and so much more. Maria Garcia, for whom both the resort and the beach are named, and her son Ramon Acevedo Garcia, lived on the beach for over 50 years, becoming beloved residents of the town of Rincon. Maria’s is still owned by the Acevedo family today.

Eric said that what made his experience at Maria’s different than what he may have experienced elsewhere was the all-inclusive nature of the property. “While I enjoyed exploring Rincon, I liked the fact I could settle in and be comfortable at one spot, and not need to travel to enjoy myself.” He said that Maria’s provides visitors with the opportunity to be just “steps away from the beach, nightlife and great sights, all while enjoying the feel of being in a small town.”

What would Eric tell a friend who was thinking about planning a trip to Maria’s? “It’s low-key. It’s on the Caribbean, but about as far away from Cancun as you could possibly be. Think of a New England bed and breakfast vibe, but on the beach.”
