Sand, surf, rest and relaxation – if that doesn’t sound like a great time we don’t know what does! For our guest Patti R., she found these things and more during her stay at Maria’s – “the most perfect island get-away… off the beaten path.”

For Patti, the sound of the surf and the private island vibe was what made Maria’s her paradise on Earth – located right on the world famous surfing destination, Maria’s Beach, the luxury villa is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. “From the second story bedrooms you can open the doors, sit on the porch and unwind to the sounds of quintessential beach,” Patti said, adding, “And the sunsets – must be seen with your favorite beverage in hand.”

Patti remarked that Maria’s is much more than you’d expect from your average vacation rental. “The beautifully appointed house has two sides, for small and large gatherings… The home is fully functioning with all the stuff you need to cook and live on the beach.” If you’d prefer to leave the cooking to the locals during your get-away, she said that’s not a problem either. “You are steps away from restaurants if cooking seems like not too much fun. It’s all about the fun at Maria’s.”

In fact, the local flavor you can enjoy when you vacation with us at Maria’s is one of the best parts of staying with us. “My favorite part of being at Maria’s is access to the local food stands and markets. I can still taste the guacamole made with locally grown avocado, jalapeños and homemade chips. The mangos and papaya bought on the street and served poolside are to me, the best part of renting a vacation home like Maria’s. It’s your home away from home – with everything you need for an unforgettable trip.”
